Keeping It Fresh & Fold

We’re committed to making your laundry experience simple, reliable, and stress-free, ensuring every garment receives expert care and returns sparkling clean and fresh, saving you valuable time for life’s essentials.

How We Care for Your Laundry

We wash and fold all items using professional equipment and industry-standard methods. Clothing is cleaned according to general fabric guidelines unless special instructions are provided.

If you have fabric sensitivities or detergent allergies, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Your Role in Keeping Laundry Fresh

To help us give you the best results, please make sure to:

  • Empty all pockets (we are not responsible for items left inside)
  • Separate or label delicates or specialty fabrics
  • Share any cleaning preferences or detergent allergies before service

Stain Treatment

We do our best to remove stains, but not all stains can be fully removed. Success depends on the fabric, the type of stain, and previous washes.

Wear & Tear Disclaimer

Some items naturally show wear over time. We are not responsible for:
  • Shrinking, stretching, fading, or color bleeding
  • Weak seams, loose buttons, broken zippers
  • Damage due to manufacturer defects or missing care labels
We always handle your items with care, but everyday wear is sometimes unavoidable.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care with every order. In the rare event of a loss or damage caused by our service, reimbursement is based on standard industry depreciation—not full replacement cost.

  • Important:
  • Please report concerns within 48 hours of receiving your laundry.
  • Unclaimed laundry will be held for 30 days before being donated.

Pickup & Delivery Policy

  • Laundry must be securely bagged for pickup
  • If you won't be home for delivery, please provide a safe drop-off location
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply

Turnaround Time

  • Most orders are ready within 24–48 hours, depending on volume.
  • Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

Payments

  • We accept debit/credit online payments or paying in person upon arrival.
  • Commercial accounts may request weekly or monthly billing.

Items We Cannot Process

For health and safety reasons, we may decline items contaminated with
  • Bodily fluids
  • Mold or mildew
  • Pet waste
  • Harsh chemicals
Heavily soiled items may require an additional handling fee
